Speculated Spyro 2 Spring Homeworld was never planned (Or was it?)

Recently Insomniac Games stated in their livestream on Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage! that there was never a scrapped fourth homeworld based on Spring. It was all a fan theory.

Game designer Michael John soon revealed that a Spyro homeworld was planned but in the end was merged with Summer Forest, the first home world in Spyro 2.

Spyro: A Hero's Tail Game Assets (Design Docs, HD Images, etc.)

A user found an asset disc of Spyro: A Hero's Tail that contains design documents of the game's early version, HD promo images, game screenshots and more. The files are in .bin and .cue format.

I recommend using MagicISO to extract the assets from the .bin file. :)

The prototype late demo of Spyro the Dragon was released recently, revealing a lot of content that was changed in the final game.

Many dragons are located in different spots, several of the levels are named differently, and enemies are also colored differently.
